Some of you may be wondering, “Why am I buying spurtles on a website that is mostly about flight instruction?”

Well here is the short version. One day I was walking along, minding my own business, when my 14 year old son starts making spurtles from the leftover wood from a cedar strip canoe. Pretty cool idea, right?

And my wife LOVES them. So she posted them in her favorite sourdough Facebook group (which had 1.3 MILLION members!!!). All of a sudden, we have all kinds of requests for him to make more and more spurtles. And we need an online storefront ASAP. Since I already had this website built, I figured we could set up a store quick so here it is.
